Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please call at least 2 hours before your appointment time. If you do not call and reschedule before the 2-hour time frame, your card will be charged the non-refundable deposit fee. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours before the appointment. If not, then the card on file will be charged the non-refundable deposit fee.
